Feeling tired all the time? No energy? Body pains and depression?
Here you can find my personal take on chronic fatigue syndrome, general fatigue, fibromyalgia and a host of related issues.
I personally have suffered with chronic fatigue syndrome for about 10 years now and thought I would share some of the information, or some of the things you need to look at if you have any type of fatigue or depression.
Not only will I be talking about things that can improve your condition in terms of techniques, but I will also talk about products that may help with your fatigue, such as:
- Best shoes to stop foot and knee pain
- Wedge support pillows to help with neck pain
- Heating pads
- Magnetic therapy
One thing that you must understand is that CFS, ME, FM or general fatigue are no simple fix, and it really does take a multiple intervention type approach to get your symptoms under control. So, even though I may be talking about something simple like a certain type of pillow, you have to realize that pillow solution should be in conjunction with good sleep practices etc.
Look around, comment, if you have anything you would like to share simply comment on a topic. If you would like to guest blog or post an article here, simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Let’s get started!

Helpful Posts and Topics for Anyone With Fatigue Related Issues:
As time has gone on, I have expanded this website to include topics that are related to fatigue, products and tips. There are a lot of things that will help you in your struggle, because, let’s face it, a big part of fatigue is controlling the symptoms.
Serotonin Supplements are very important for anyone with fatigue. They help with depression type symptoms. Now, you may be experiencing severe fatigue or lethargy because you are depressed or you may be having depression because you have the fatigue. Either way, serotonin supplements such as 5-htp, typrophan and melotonin will help. It is also suggested that you can add some folic acid to the mix to help these supplements turn into or create serotonin in the brain more easily. You can read more about serotonin supplements here.
